Wine masterclasses “Italy in a nutshell”

The True Italian Taste is a project aimed at raising awareness over authentic Italian products and tackling the “Italian sounding phenomenon” (i.e. those products that seem or sound Italian, but are produced elsewhere).

Over the years, the ICCIUK has been organising several events within this project, such as food fairs, cooking classes and educational activities.

The ICCIUK is now glad to present two exclusive wine masterclasses, Italy in a nutshell, focused on those wines that won the Tre Bicchieri accolade and that are included in the “Italian wine bible”, Vini d’Italia, published every year by Gambero Rosso.

The masterclasses, organised in collaboration with Gambero Rosso, will take place on Thursday 23rd September at Hackney Town Hall, during the Tre Bicchieri Tour, with the following schedules:

Both masterclasses are addressed at operators of the food&drink sector in the United Kingdom (buyers of restaurants, deli, e-commerce, wine shop, etc.).

The True Italian Taste project, part of the “The Extraordinary Italian Taste” programme, is supported and funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
