Wheels & Pencils – POSTPONED

The event “Wheels & Pencils – The Protagonists of Italian cars and bikes design”, is promoted by the Italian General Consulate in London in the framework of Program for Country System Integrated Promotion of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The event will be held on March 14 th and 15th, 2020 at prestigious King’s College.
The event is appointed by Italian Chamber of Commerce for the Uk, Asi – Italian Historic Cars and Bikes Club and is organized by Italia Notizie 24 scarl and King’s College – Italian Society, with the collaboration of Mauto – Torino National Car Museum and Varese Flaminio Bertoni Museum.Wheels & Pencils intends to illustrate the goals of excellence achieved by Italian design in the history of auto motive industry.

The Program

A multimedia exhibition “Wheels & Pencils”, lasting one week end (Saturday and Sunday, from 10 am to 6 pm), with videos, Photos, projects, drawings and illustrations;the exhibit “ModenArt”, with artworks created by the craftsmen of the Scaglietti carbuilder with the shells of prestigious cars from the 50s and 60s; an exhibition of classic cars from Italian designers with a particolar stilisti and productive interest;a meeting with The Protagonists of Italian cars and bikes design.
The conference will be attended by designers, academics and managers to discuss Italian design success over the time.
