Marmomac, the leading event for the entire natural stone value chain and a consolidated global landmark, is back as an in-person event in Verona from 29 September to 02 October 2021. After a year of digital and B2B online events, UK buyers are invited to rediscover the experience of a trade fair attended in person to meet the top professionals in the natural stone production, processing and distribution field, explore the main innovations in technological areas and keep up-to-date with the evolution of machinery and tools for natural stone finishing operations.
Once again, The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK, in collaboration with Veronafiere, is organising a UK Buyers Delegation to promote commercial opportunities between the two countries. The profiles we are looking for include:
→ Architects/Interior Designers/Specifiers dealing with commercial luxury (5-star hotels/restaurants), residential (luxury houses/apartments) and SPAs – those companies having active projects will be given priority;
→ Distributors/Importers/Marble workers/Slabs-sector professionals.
The UK buyers who will be part of our delegation will benefit from an exclusive hospitality package that includes:
- 4 nights in a single room in a hotel booked directly by Veronafiere;
- free admission to the Exhibition together with a copy of the Official List of Exhibitors;
- free lunches at the fair;
- daily hotel-fair-hotel transfer during the days of the Exhibition;
- partial refund of the flight for a maximum amount of €150.
Dinners will not be offered to buyers on this occasion. However, there will be a free evening transfer service from the hotel to Verona city centre (and viceversa). The timetable will be communicated before the event.
The buyers of the UK delegation will have to arrive in Verona on 28 September and leave on 2 October. We strongly believe in the strategic importance of buyers’ commitments to attend B2B meetings with Italian exhibitors. Therefore, our UK buyers will have the obligation to guarantee their participation in the planned activities, respecting the specific program that will be communicated before their arrival at the Exhibition. The above-mentioned hospitality costs will be covered only in full compliance with the agenda, which include specific B2B meetings and the self-organisation of 20 meetings. Please be reassured that buyers will have plenty of time to freely visit the Exhibition.

The buyers selected by our partner Veronafiere will be informed of the result in August. Other buyers who have expressed interest in visiting the event but will not be confirmed might still be able to obtain a free admission ticket.

As per the hotel reservation made by Veronafiere, it will be possible to make cancellations (total or partial) or changes in bookings without incurring penalties only by respecting the “cancellation policy” that will be stated in the hotel registration form. Any penalties charged by the hotel will be covered by the buyer. The difference for the use of the double or additional nights will be covered by the guest who requests it.
