Learn why Diversity & Inclusion is key to retaining your people

In today’s challenging economy, many organisations are struggling to make sure that the right people stay with them and don’t leave. It’s hard: now more than ever, individuals with in-demand skills can pick and choose who they want to work for. So, what can you do to keep the best people working for you?

On Wednesday 29 June, we are having a roundtable discussion on this very topic—and if you are the CEO or responsible for Human Resources, then we would love to invite you to take part. Our informal event will feature some impressive speakers on the importance of Diversity and Inclusion, and how it can help you create an organizational culture that will make people want to stay and thrive.

Join our Patron Member Gi Group on 29th June 2022 for our HR Leaders Roundtable to discuss the following:

  1. How attracting, recruiting, and retaining diverse talent is key to creating a successful, creative and innovative organization.
  2. Why inclusive leadership is essential to a company’s success—and how ensuring employees are respected and valued is key to retaining the talent you need.
  3. How inclusion is the responsibility of everyone within an organization—and how conscious inclusion helps us understand the impact we can have on employees
  4. How coaching can retain diverse talent.
  5. How training, awareness, and education around D&I should be a continuous journey.

The speakers at our event are three outstanding individuals who are involved in making Britain’s landmark Commonwealth Games a success. They are: Clare Miles (Director of HR); Donna Fraser OBE (Head of Inclusion and Diversity); and Haseebah Abdullah (Boxing coach). Also speaking will be our CEO, Paulo Canoa.

This will be an interactive discussion, allowing you to share challenges and ideas in an open and supportive environment.

This is an invite only event with limited places, reserve your place to avoid disappointment.

To secure your place we kindly ask you to confirm your attendance to Jasmin jcuppone@italchamind.org.uk
