Management of commercial litigation due to Covid-19 in Ireland and post-Brexit conflict of laws and jurisdiction

The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK (ICCIUK), in collaboration with the Italian-Irish Chamber of Commerce, is pleased to invite you to a webinar on the management of commercial claims due to Covid-19 restrictions and Brexit. Specifically, the focus will be on Irish law business practice and the post-Brexit conflict of laws and jurisdiction with the UK.

The event will take place on Thursday 24th March at 4:30 pm GMT.

The webinar will have a practical approach and will be held in Italian.
