Doing Business in Scotland – Round-table Breakfast

MacRoberts LLP (Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh EH3 8BL)

Wednesday 23 October | 08.30am – 10.30am

In order to support new Italian entrepreneurs, start-ups and companies in Scotland, the Scottish Office of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK has organised a breakfast round-table in order to provide useful information on how open a business in Scotland, where to look for support, what obstacles and difficulties you might encounter and how to address them, etc.

The event is organised in collaboration with our member MacRoberts LLP. We will be carrying out various Q&A sessions with three Italian businesses at very different points of their business journey who will be discussing questions you have always wanted to know the answer to.

The invited businesses include:

  • William Moriconi (Moriconi)
  • Luigi Aseni (Piccolino Edinburgh)
  • Laura Serreri (The Roman Pizza Project)

Following the Q&A session, Neil Gowans, owner of OBVI-US, will offer innovative and strategic marketing ideas for businesses of all shapes and sizes. MacRoberts will provide a brief summary of important legal points relevant to every business, followed by a session from the Italian Chamber of Commerce on the support they can provide to you and your business.

The event is free but with mandatory registration.
